Heritage value
This site holds historical and aesthetic value.
It is historically important though its association with early owners who were prominent community members. The first owner of the house was F. The elder Brice was a municipal clerk and his two sons served and died in World War 2.
The site holds aesthetic value as an early 20th-century residence located adjacent to downtown Chilliwack and an example of Craftsman-style architecture.
