Reynolds Block

The Reynolds Block is a two storey commercial building at the corner of Douglas and Yates Streets.

Reynolds Block is a commercial landmark in Victoria. Although much of its original architectural elements have been altered, its remaining detailing and prominent corner position contribute to the historic streetscape of the Old Town District. Upper storey decorative brickwork and stone trim, corner turret, and projecting bay windows add interest to the street wall, and large store front windows retain the retail atmosphere of this 1889 commercial building.
