319 Sixth Avenue

319 Sixth Avenue is situated on a wide lot on the north side of Sixth Avenue between Second and Fourth Streets in the Glenbrooke North neighbourhood of New Westminster.

The house at 319 Sixth Avenue is valued for its age. Constructed in 1890, and together with 315 Sixth Avenue, it is the oldest house in the Glenbrooke North neighbourhood and one of the oldest in the entire City. Despite later additions, the original gable roof form can still be discerned.

Of interest is the longevity of ownership; only three families have owned the house over its 120 year lifespan.
